This archive preserves recovered notes, incomplete transmissions, and fragments of observation attributed to Halloway Finch.
Each entry is presented as it was found: partial, unverified, and unstable. Dates do not always agree with official records. Locations do not always appear on current maps. No external authority has confirmed the origin or intent of these materials.
The primary records are Logs — structured reports, procedural notes, and field recordings stabilized into a common format. Between these sit Field Notes: shorter fragments, marginalia, and observations that could not be cleanly cataloged but refused to be discarded.

Some entries are accompanied by artifacts: audio, images, or documents recovered with the original transmission. Where possible, these are presented with minimal processing and a record of their integrity. Verification of content is left to the reader.
Patterns appear across the collection: recurring frequencies, repeating timestamps, familiar voices speaking from unfamiliar places. Many records converge around 10:22 in various time zones. Whether this marks an origin point, a coincidence, or an editorial error remains unresolved.
The archive does not offer explanation, only accumulation. New material is added as it surfaces, and prior records may shift as more complete fragments are found. Readers should not assume that any given entry is final, or that the order in which they appear is strictly chronological.
Subscribing ensures delivery of newly stabilized Logs, occasional Field Notes, and any associated artifacts the archive is willing to release. Notifications may arrive at irregular hours. This is expected.
Some transmissions reference events that have not yet occurred. Others describe conditions that no longer exist. Both are kept.
Readers are advised to keep their own notes, in case this record changes.
